In the class of new HD antennas, we have found the indoor / outdoor (specifically outdoor use) antennas offer superior performance. This antenna offers both options - but put it outside if you can or as high as possible in your attic!
Use antennaweb.org to find the direction to
point the TV55. Take the time to find out the direction of the most transmitters in your area - you will usually find the largest number in a particular direction like 215 Degrees. Use a compass and affix the antenna accordingly.

Mounting Hardware Is Included
By far the best reception will be high attic or rooftop installations - regardless of manufacturer claims outdoor installations as high as reasonably possible will, in the great majority of cases, offer much better reception and often many more channels than indoor locations. Customer satisfaction is highest in these installations. Ground floor indoor installations result in the lowest customer satisfaction.
